However, no health treatment is completely free of potential adverse effects. Your chiropractor will always perform a thorough assessment including a detailed history, physical examination, and will speak to you about any risks to treatment.

In your initial visit, we will review your medical history, identify your problem areas, conduct a complete examination, develop a plan for treatment that works best for you, and start your first chiropractic adjustment. Most patients experience immediate relief following chiropractic treatment.

Yes! We are an In-Network provider for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medicare, and most other commercial health insurances. We are an Out of Network provider for Cigna, Kaiser, and United Health Care. Our office can provide an itemized receipt for your chiropractic and massage visits that can be submitted to your health care provider for reimbursement. In most cases, our fees are lower or about the same as your insurance copayment.

District Wellness offers a special new patient package for just $129, which includes a complete chiropractic assessment & exam, custom chiropractic treatment, and a 60-minute deep tissue medical massage by our licensed massage therapist — a $250 value. Regular visit costs vary depending on your treatment plan and insurance coverage. We accept most major insurance plans and can check your benefits at the time of your visit.
